Wouldn’t this also be good for consumers and corporations? Consumers wouldn’t need to boycott corporations who support policies and candidates they find repulsive.

Unfortunately, it appears he has the type of dementia that’s expressed with anger.

Yes! I visited there in June, and it was lovely.

Yes! My favorite version. Tidbit- the Victorians had a tradition of telling ghost stories on Christmas Eve, and that likely influenced Dickens.

Oh, so that’s the method to the madness! This lifelong Dem is having a really hard time with the party right now.

We were just there a week and a half ago. While it was still pretty, you are correct. We were told by many people who lived there this season was unprecedented due to drought. Beautiful photo!

The roots of this began in 1970’s with Phyllis Schaffly and her Eagle Forum (responsible for defeat of the ERA), which led to the election of Reagan and the rise of Christian Nationalism. Here we are today.

Same. Visited Florida with my family and decided I didn’t like it then. Now it’s much worse. So grateful I get to live in California.

Every year during April, I celebrated National Poetry Month with my students. I wanted them to focus on how a poem made them feel, rather than trying to “crack the code.” I was always pleased when the students who struggled with reading and writing were the ones who blossomed during poetry month.

Remember this:”Don’t believe what your ears are hearing or your eyes are seeing.” He’s been showing us who he is over and over again. No surprises.

Completely agree with this! We must do everything necessary to ensure success in the midterm elections. I’m grateful we have Gov Newsom who is willing to play hardball right now. Democracy is at stake in our country.🇺🇸.

Love this! I’ve read all of these and taught some of them, because “A banned book is a book worth reading.”

Charlie spends his time visiting college campuses to indoctrinate students into his narrow worldview of conspiracies and hate, while criticizing educated well-qualified leaders. He should deal with his low self esteem issues.

Good point. I’m also wondering about the 2028 Olympics, but LA needs them. Also a great opportunity for California to show we are quite different from the rest of the US.

Or else what? It’s hard to feel relief when these lawsuits are successful, but there aren’t any consequences. What’s the plan when they don’t comply?
