Salt air loves brakes, and these are cheaper than new brakes every 2 years or so.

tea, decaf tea, green tea, herbal tea, coffee, decaf coffee, sugar, sweetener, whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, skimmed milk, soy milk, oat milk and lactose-free milk.
Glad there's no wastage there.
