Update, pigeons moved sides this morning and sat and watched the hornets moving in and out of their nest. Hornets ignored them. I must add they are five stories up in the air and I was on the ground.

Holiday in France is interesting, lots of unwanted lodgers, a hornets nest in the eaves, (don't seem too aggressive but haven't been that close, and pigeons the other side and a litter of kittens in the shed. PS lots of bitey things that have used me for lunch/dinner. Weather is fab
