Among the *many* climate risks cited by NATO is the possibility that temperature and salinity will affect how sound travels through seawater so much that submarine detection systems no longer work properly. 😯

Here's an interesting one. Logistics company DP World says it has cut 64,300 truck journeys - and 17,000 tonnes of carbon emissions - basically by paying companies £50-70 per container to stick it on a train instead of a lorry.
