I consider myself to be politically homeless these days, but I detest the assumption that right = bad. I work in education and that attitude is rife among my colleagues. And they don't keep their views away from the kids either...

It's really not. You are piggy-backing off of the LGB movement and deliberately using the word "pride", a word which originally referred to pride of having fought hard for rights. What rights are you fighting for?
