This is a good method
I had to learn anatomy for science and doing the “the hand bones connected to the… other hand bones” helped me a lot ironically

One thing that really helped me was tracing diagrams in notebooks and then labeling them exactly as the book or PowerPoint has it. The other half of that is pointing to said anatomy part on my own body because no one can stop you from doing that on tests and it’s a good memory thing. Good luck :D
