Does all this not give us an advantage from the perspective of the global balance of power? It unquestionably does. As you can see, the question of whether or not the Soviet Union participates in the Security Council is not as simple as it might appear at first glance.

It's funny that Chicago P.D. casts people with criminal history and several restraining orders against them. One 18 year old woman filed a no-stalking order against Gary Mertz who was still filming with them this week.
