Which is fair enough, but this policy directly impacts economic growth of the very smallest firms.

Why are we ignoring asset wealth or the huge transactions in the city?

Raise personal thresholds.

Put another 10% on earnings over £100k too.

18 Year old cleaner, works flexible hours around availability from college hairdressing course.

Check your sums for the minimum figure at this age.

Not sure where you are going with this tbh.

Cleaner, £14.30 p/h

Disagree with this as an employer who pays well over the minimum wage.
The last employee you are going to employ is always a marginal decision: adding to the cost of employment is going directly to affect that decision.
It’s worse for part-time due to the threshold change too.

I feel neither is capable of a cogent answer.

Just ask Pearson if she has any recollection of growing up in Burry Port as a measure of her elective memory………

Agreed on this: Bad Enoch should be out condemning the issues too. Personal attacks on specific MPs is equivalent to painting targets.

Why not put in a measure that for every one nominated to go in, they must evict/retire two (one Tory/one Lab).

Reduces the overall number, improves the bias and provides a good exit strategy for time served peers.

I guess he was taking things Caerphilly.

(Yes I know, but I was born in the Miners Hospital, so I can……)

I’m going for the ‘none of them can point to it on a map’ answer.

It’s like Americans trying work out the strategic relevance of Lithuania.

Having had a major issue with shipping to ROI a couple of years ago, I can see it being massive. Potentially NI ends up in limbo as it’s offshore to both the U.K. and EU.

Most couriers don’t/can’t manage the headache either.
