Trump was sworn in as President January 2017. COVID outbreak in the US was January 2020. So most of his presidency was before COVID and yet he did nothing but add to the deficit.

Really? Then why didn't Trump and his cabal clean up during his first term as President. For two years he had the presidency, Senate and Congress - he had total control and yet only increased the US debt
