Cheaper sources of naturally #GlutenFree fibre include brown rice, lentils, beans & pulses (of course always check for ‘may contains’ on the label) x

Side note: this can be harder; but is even more important if you have #coeliacdisease; #glutenfree alternatives to whole grain bread and pasta are more expensive p/gram, can be highly processed and lower in fibre. The ‘brown’ in GF brown bread is often from added colouring NOT whole grain?

The final talk by Dr Nicky Keay on Relative Energy Deficiency was packed with insight (and fab dance metaphors). Love the ideas of periods as your ‘free monthly health check’ and ‘hormone choreography’ Looking forward to learning lots more about female-specific nutrition.
