You can also edit the DEFAULT reports, adding different dimensions or metrics. For Transaction ID, we already have the built in Transaction ID default report, but you can edit it by using the edit icon in the top right.

Small update, but we recently added the Transaction ID dimension to the Custom Reports builder, to build reports against Transaction ID.
