Thule launching lots of new bike carrying stuff and bags.
Stayed in a hotel room last night but went for a little hike this morning on an MTB trail to check out this lakeside camping site. These free shelters are everywhere in Sweden. I used one like it during Tour de France visit in 2022.

Meeting the Thule crew at Copenhagen airport. Rode there on a Donkey Republic bike. Protected bike lanes whole of 5 mile route there, including next to terminals.

I’m staying in the City Hub capsule hotel. Last stayed here in 2022 for the visit of the Tour de France. Now I’m here for a Thule press trip, starting tomorrow.

20 mins late into Hamburg but I’m well used to German train delays now so made sure to leave plenty of wiggle room. An hour to kill — not enough time for sightseeing, but this is third visit to Hamburg by train this year so fine to just lunch instead.

First DB train leaves on time. Once bitten, twice shy, when planning, I left an hour+ between the connections in Koln and Hamburg. Should be in Copenhagen by 8pm.

Ealing council has paid for two Brompton Bike Hire hubs for the town. I got one last night to save a long walk from Acton tube station to hotel, and stashed it near Ealing Broadway today. £5 for 24 hours!

We're replacing the tiles on our roof. The slats underneath were also replaced, and are red. I put the drone up to capture all of the autumn colours contrasted with our red Acer tree next to the pinkish roof.

And with so many great places for dogs we always meet loads. But meeting and playing with another Golden Retriever is Erica’s dream outing!

We live in a beautiful urban country park so there are loads of wonderful dog walks and free runs right out of our door. The birthday girl doesn’t know how lucky she is!
