Big Ron started that one didn't he?

I believe it is a regulation thing but 6music would be so much better if they could restrict news to music news.
I have to turn the volume down in the car so the kids don't have to listen to news of stabbings, shootings, racism etc.

The question is, how many of those fair minded people gradually become warped by the relentless barrage of division and hate?

I listen to 6 Music in the car, with my children. Whenever the news comes on I turn the sound down. They don't need to hear all the endless bad news stories - and certainly don't need all the hatred you mention. 6 Music should be news free - or music related news only.
