I have been on the low side for a considerable amount of time now. Anxiety makes me eat and I have put on lots of weight. Some friends convinced me to go to the gym with them today. I am quite scared. I hope it goes well.

We moved to a small village in rural Spain at the beginning of summer 2024. The only English person is my other half. The welcome and acceptance has been overwhelming. We just love it here and would not change it for the world.

Well, we took our baby boy to the vet for his last trip and the vet refused to put him down before giving him another chance. He's now on a new treatment for his arthritis and back leg pain. I hope it works and gives him some quality of life. I am so grateful
