I mean, I have a disabled child so today's announcement did directly affect me and I was dreading it but the changes announced sound mostly positive. Obviously I have concerns about how they'll actually be implemented long term but as I said, these weren't the heavy cuts many expected

To be fair all of those changes sounded good to me, not at all like the harsh cuts that I think everyone was expecting.
