First time making some “Quesitos”. A Puerto Rican cream cheese filled pastry.

Started making some easy breads. Some rosemary and garlic focaccia and some shokupan (山型食パン). Garlic got a bit toasty but still tasted fine.

Starting to get back to cooking and baking more often. First thing I wanted to make was a Burnt Basque Cheesecake. Came out great!
