Este fin de semana hemos visto Willow y... Aguanta estupendamente para ser una peli de hace ¡37 años!

Que el clímax de la película sea una pelea entre dos señoras mayores la hace aún más especial.

I postponed a Brandon Sanderson book for this one. This may be the highest form I praise I am capable of. Although I did like Priest better, this one was also full of surprises and interesting characters, especially the young warden.

I really liked this one from @mattcolville.bsky.social. I really enjoyed the weird atmosphere of the wode, the surprisingly epic battles and seeing the limits to power. Sometimes yo can't just fix things just by sheer force of will. They will fall apart anyway.

There were some open plot points at the end that were never solved (rebel punctuation marks) but it was fun, inventive and full of chaos (in a very good sense).

This book made me happy. So much imagination, ingenuity, surprises... I had a great time.

I was very much looking forward to reading this. I loved most of the characters, particularly Tané and Niclays. But the rest... not so much.

This was on my to-read list for close to 20 years. And it was awesome. I'd read an outdoors furniture catalogue if it was illustrated by Barry Windsor-Smith.
