First long ride (346 miles) and cream tea of 2025! to Portland Bill Lighthouse. I've not used the KTM for over a month and oh my god what a machine! Feels like it has limitless power 😀 roll on spring!

Many times. It's brilliant but often full of tourists and cyclists climbing the hill so slow progress. One of my favourite pics of me on a bike was taken there. Excellent ice-cream shop at the bottom.

If I can do this, so can you... 5 years sober today after years of taking the piss. Good luck to those trying to cut down, stopping or starting dry January today. One day at a time!

Can't wait for Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman's new Long Way series. They were one of the reasons I learnt to ride so I went to the LWR HQ in Bulwer Street, London, to put my KTM on the start line 😁

Day 3 of my journey to 100k miles: To avoid doing a 3rd CBT I booked a DAS course and swapped the PCX125 for a geared CBF125 to practice on. This thing did 320 miles to a 14l tank. Can't get cheaper motoring!

Day 2 of my journey to 100k miles: I didn't really use the PCX125 outside of commuting. I did 34k miles in 3.5 years before passing my DAS. Unsurprisingly nobody wanted to ride with me, but I didn't care. I was on 2 (tiny) wheels!!

It may only have 54hp and be well known as a very dull bike but I love this beast. Proof you don't need an adventure bike to go touring..

I went to a Real People gig sober and on my own recently and had a great time. I can't believe this was the first time I've seen them. Brilliant!
