People travel from all over the world to see the iconic wildlife in the United States. Protecting wildlife gives us economic and public health benefits. Please let the administration know that our wildlife and our protected lands are not for sale.

They want to change the definition to only harming the physical animal, in other words damaging habitat would no longer be considered harm. Habitat loss and fragmentation is the leading cause of species decline. If we dont protect habitat, we dont protect the species.

The ESA isn’t limited to protecting only endangered and threatened species. It by nature protects ALL wildlife by protecting the critical habitat of listed species. You don’t protect that habitat, and I can guarantee there will be less land to hunt on and lower populations as a whole.

I’m also aware that people across the political spectrum are hunters, and I support responsible hunting, but don’t many right-wing people enjoy hunting? Do these same people support what the Trump administration is doing? Will they hold him accountable for this?
