Let's entertain it and say Trump is charged with Treason by a court. Let's say they charge him with life in prison or even give him the death penalty. How do you think they're going to impose those decisions onto the president? You don't seem to understand anything about this process and it's clear.

You legitimately do not understand what you're talking about. You don't understand our system of laws or how they work. Much less how they're enacted. Much less the roll of SCOTUS in all of that. You're reading cartoon infographics quoting laws you know nothing about as if you're the authority.

If either of us is a "bad-faith actor" here, it's the person basing his argument off of cartoon infographics he's found online. You're talking about a man who's already trying to cut out parts of the constitution on Day 1 and you expect him to abide by the law if it turns against him. Ridiculous.

"You need to read those cartoons" - listen to yourself. Look into it yourself outside of these cute cartoons you have. SCOTUS themselves will tell you otherwise. You know what happens if a judge does charge him for treason? Nothing. Who enforces it?

See, the difference is that you seem to think that the judicial branch has the authority to remove the president from office. It simply does not. That power lies with Congress. Can you guess what that power is called? I'll give you a hint; I've been talking about it.

I don't think you understand that, if republicans don't want to even bring articles of impeachment up for a vote in either chamber, they do not have to. It is up to them. It doesn't matter how legitimate the claims in those articles are. SCOTUS has nothing to do with impeachment either.

To put it as bluntly as possible, there is a snowball's chance in Hell that either Johnson or Thune would enact any sort of impeachment proceedings. They're in with the wolves man. They aren't fellow sheep. They are the wolves. And they want their meat. There will be no impeachments proceedings.

"The one" I'm presenting is the reality of pretty much all republican congressman. Mike Johnson is the republican Speaker of The House and he would need to bring up any impeachment votes. He will not. John Thune, republican Senate Majority Leader in the Senate is lockstep with Johnson and Trump.

A republican congress would never vote on or vote for impeachment or removal. In fact, they actually seem to have done absolutely nothing at all and also seem to be fine with letting Trump and Elon do whatever they want.

I've always wanted to make a channel like The King of Random. Like the original version of the channel. Back before the guy who created it tragically died. He was an incredible guy and very smart. Just doing random experiments and building weird shit in his backyard.

If you're into science, we could always use another voice of reason! Outside of politics anyway. Even if it's commenting on scientific things you're learning about or you're cutting clips from other people's videos & commenting on those. Just make sure to give credit to people & make it your own.

Apparently not liking every single "independent, strong woman" is enough to get you labeled as an incel these days. Seems like a pretty low bar. Maybe it's time to find a new insult.

Don't forget, there's also nearly 16 Million Veterans living in our society. While there's only roughly 1.3 Million active service members. The military and police will have people who agree with Trump or who are so uninformed that they just go along with it; orders like normal.

Notice how she didn't win it for any of her Marvel appearances? People can suck at acting in one roll, for various reasons, while being far better suited to act in other rolls.

You say it's racist because I said black people couldn't have gotten the civil liberties they enjoy without the assistance of white people that far outnumbered them and ruled the country? You know nothing about American history if you're gonna disagree with that. Much less the civil rights movement.

But, again, to your original question; who would enforce it? The DoJ and Trump's government certainly would not be allowed to go through with it. Trump would even certainly pardon Musk if they were federal crimes.

I think I remember hearing somewhere that the crimes he is committing aren't even crimes he can be arrested over. They're things he can only be sued over. A court/judge would have to order his arrest and there's only certain situations they're legally allowed to do something like that.
