Yes. This info is esp. needed in the cataloging of serials, which can have family (parents, step-parents, siblings, children) relations, unholy conjoinings, killer breakups, NDEs, disappearances/revivals etc., news flashes often only found in an inside page of a 1st or last issue. Or one inbetween.

And often those library records are themselves copied from some other library's catalog, possibly without any actual librarians involved at all. Original cataloging is becoming a lost art.

It will not; he is unstoppable. Slowdownable, maybe, beginning in January 2027 if the Ds win back the House in 2026. But only self-deportation or the Grim Reaper can take him down before his term is up, otherwise we can count on 3 more years of worsening disaster.

Yes. A Democratic House should, and likely will, devote itself first & foremost into The Halting. Conducting hearings & investigations into all the crap the Trumpublicans have gotten up to and the crimes they've committed is important & necessary, but The Halting comes first.

My bad math grrr! They have 44 or 45 (b/c y'know Fetterman) votes in the Senate now, so would only need to hold onto whichever of those seats are up for reelection in '26 AND pick up *22* (or 23 b/c again, Fetterman) seats more to get to 67.
So, a bit closer, but alas still not doable.
