There was a really great turnout at the #mayday protest on the W&OD overpass of Rt. 28 in Sterling, VA with Indivisible NOVA West today. Lots of honks and waves from the drivers below (and a few middle fingers too).

I listened to a history podcast this week that digs into King Leopold of Belgium and the atrocities he committed in the Congo. He was successful largely because he was able to drive a wedge into tribal factions that existed before he showed up.
