Hi Hein, 5-HTP is a good alternative for an SSRI (see also the article in Frontiers where I also mention this). And PEA is a good anti-inflammatory! I am also in favor of as many natural remedies as possible! Keep it up and all the best! Carla

PCP’s can prescribe SSRIs quite easily. As long as they build up the SSRIs very slowly and switch to another SSRI if there are too many side effects.

PCP’s can prescribe SSRIs quite easily. As long as they build up the SSRIs very slowly and switch to another SSRI if there are too many side effects.
