Here we use interviews conducted with members of international organizations that were present in Afghanistan during the conflict, as well as quantitative data, to conclude that international organizations may reduce civilian killings that result from the use of air power

I use global data, as well as newly-coded data Latin America data on human rights violations by the 🪖 to show how states that receive human rights-focused military training from 🇺🇲and education only see an improvement in respect for HR by the military in very limited cases.
