Ren actually went thru a rlly weird design phase where i was fucking around w his hair, bc white hair is soecifically associated w the island and his orig blonde was too similar to white in monochrome so in the end i used the shade of dye he has in his bangs

Tsukine was actually originally going to have an actual sword but i wanted the sankishi to each have one of the 3 craft types so it was switched to a shinai to mesh with rock craft better
I have too many scissors and paper types that in the end i had to forcibly switch some to rock

fought for my life in drawing nitsunes portrait bc he uses a japanese warbow and those things are Huge
I even scaled it down and it still got cut off in the end bc i just couldnt fine a good pose that could fit the whole bow
