In Canada, there are many ways to register to vote, including ticking a box on your federal income tax return. We register as a voter. There is no question about, or tracking of, which political party you support. This list is shared with provinces and municipalities. The system works well.

Americans are poorly educated...it shows in the ones who vote against their best interests, and in the ones they elect. The scum rises to the top.
