It's good. Forcing myself to focus more on strength training to get ready for outdoor bike season in the spring. And then come Feb/Mar, I can adjust the parameters.

This is the Washington Nationals 7th inning stretch song. It came to be because Michael Morse used to have this as his walk up song for his 3+ at bat during the game. After he left, the Nats just picked it up as the 7th inning stretch song. One year they tried to change that and people got pissed.
