So now that I finished therapy & have been given the green light to work out at whatever level I'm physically feeling, I've got a little track here that I do about 6 laps to get the heart pumping good at a nice steady but pretty fast pace, and after I get about 4-6 laps in I go until 1/4

Well, I binge watched this series again over the weekend and finishing it up tonight! Such a great series! I dare say it was even better than The Good Wife! And that rarely happens with spin-offs right? Good stories, good writing, good acting!

Damn scorcher today in mid-Missouri! We actually got out of single or negative digits! We're actually going to be up into the 30s I think by the weekend. Then it dips down again. Be safe out there... may not be treacherous driving but the cold is cutting right through you!

Okay.. I know I'm way too damn old to get pleasure out of silly flicks like this. But damn every time this is on, it's just when I need that silly laugh out loud stupid kind of flick! It's such a rotten shame that reviews did not agree when it came out in early 2000s.

And so it has begun... Biden didn't give us any kind of reprieve and now we get to wait to see if Trump does anything. I'm just glad that I somehow had a feeling about this and got everything I needed off of the app. 😢😡
