That was in response to my question. The 'process' was leaving the decision up to the investment bank (via email to me from Avation). Lets wait and see. I would like the company to release their interim/Final much earlier than they do. It should not take such a long time to release unaudited finals.

They left the decision to an Investment bank. Avation believed that Philippine Airlines was 'doing well' when in fact they were not. Avation also committed to advise the market when the share sales would occur but that could mean when they are all sold as opposed to a partial sale. Am not hopeful.

Avation replied confirming they reshuffled the aircraft allocation. Announcement re JCAS to be announced later. Have updated www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.ph...

Looks that way doesn't it? Possible the JCAS aircraft sill still go ahead but much delayed. Will ask Jett about it and hopefully will include details in my Lemonfool post tomorrow.

I would suggest the JCAS aircraft will not be delivered to the customer until after February 2026 (or potentially cancelled which would actually be good news for #AVAP). The November delivery is ex-factory. Likely it will sit on the tarmac in Toulouse for a few months.

Did you pick up the fact that an additional aircraft is now unencumbered from the GMTN update document? That makes 6 aircraft.

Good find! Don't think we have learnt anything new but nice to see it being discussed. No Sensitivity to USD/GBP movements though which is the only short term(?) downside. As usual everything else depends on the bond refinancing; both of which looking a little bit more appealing for end 2025
