On the main page at DOGE (doge.gov) is a link to a big X, which leaves us.gov and gets you to…. Surprise! Elon Musk’s social media company X. That’s almost as weird as the shell company dogegov.com which sells DOGE meme cryptocurrency coins. If you aren’t appalled you certainly should be

Last night in our car, just east of Knoxville, TN, on Interstate 40, we passed (on the way to San Antonio to begin another long-distance bicycle trip) a Trump MAGA Superstore. For other roadside discoveries check us out at carbonstories. For $25 you can buy a car window shade or inspiring flag.
