1st run in Endorpin Elites: 9:32/mile for 9 miles whereas week before I’d run 7 miles @ 10:27 pace. Sure some placebo effect, but a game-changer for me. Sales guy sized me up: didn’t want to sell them to me as I’m not a sub-3hr marathoner. He was worried I’d be disappointed & would feel ripped off!

Big fan of carbon fiber plate shoes: enjoying running again. Saucony Endorphin Elite >300 miles (half road half treadmill) & only minor tread wear but feel fast still. Hoka Mach X >200 treadmill miles & no signs of wear. NB FuelCell SuperComp Trainer (about 50 miles including a half marathon)
