The variety is William Baffin, and it has been incredibly prolific. Last year it bloomed 3x, hoping it does the same this year but deadheading that many flowers isn’t happening in 100° heat!

My mistake! I thought it was a David Austin because my mom has gifted me several for my garden over the years, but this one isn’t, which I just now discovered when looking for a link for you!
