They've been targeting older money for a while by doing remake after remake hoping to create new fans of old IPs. Fornite and CoD have been targetting my generations interests for a while, and I always felt that was awesome but also not a good long term strat.

My family took me to COSM LA to see the shared reality Matrix experience. Definitely a next level experience. 10/10

Found out my wife has never played an Animal Crossing game and had to fix that this weekend. She's a "Mario" casual gamer, so I've been having fun exploring gaming with her. Its been one day and AC already hooked her 😂.

Cleaning out my storage and found a cache of gaming memories. Obviously they will never be used again, however its still incredibly difficult to let go.

Broke diet today because Jack brought back my favorite menu item.
It was good but definitely not the same with the new sauce.
What was once a 9 out of 10 is now a solid 7 until I try it again.

First time eating at Dirt Dog in L.A. We got our dogs with no bun because were cutting carbs for a while. Food was good but we wont get the full experience until we run it back after hitting our goals. The vibe was cool too. I'm always chill when Pharcyde is coming through the speakers.

So clearly I'm playing Elden ring on max difficulty settings. Running around with a heavy strength build, using a colossal weapon, fighting crucible knights and trying to parry using a medium shield and standard parry.
My whole parry window is 5 active frames, with a 12 frame startup. 🤦

I know I'm the latest one to the party, but Elden Ring is so damn cool and not as hard as I expected.
The main thing for me is the scale of the game and absolutely stunning visuals (PC settings maxed out).
I want to walk around this game and just take pictures but I would never finish the game.
