It does seem fun. I think for western concerts though, we don't have that same tradition of fan chants so it doesn't seem to be a thing.
Maybe you need to find/create a group with people going to the same concert and organise for people to do them too!

I've attended a couple of concerts in Australia and no one did the fan chants there. People sang along to what they knew and pretty much anything in English.
