My MP (mid-Bucks) replied that he is very proud of the previous government’s record on climate policy, and that ‘a strategy is already in place’ . Not one mention of biodiversity. Apparently, the way in which the UK manages its carbon emissions should be ‘left to democratically-elected MPs’ 🤬

Good to see the expression of intent. BUT to me, Sizewell C and Hinkley Point (which Ed supports) are doing the exact opposite
