I’ve got degenerative disk disease too, any exercise you can do that targets the middle of your back (push ups, band pull aparts, rowing etc) are a big help. Strength training is the only thing that’s consistently helped me manage the pain.

Photoshop is wacky, I can’t even have it open if I’m not actively using it because it will randomly have memory leaks if I’m doing something demanding in another Adobe program lol.

Crazy logic for someone in a creative field actively training something to replace themselves, and of their own volition too lol. Don’t they realize if they ever perfect their army of bots to do their job for them, then you don’t really need them anymore?

Anthropic tried to get an ai to run a vending machine to see how it’d go and it ended up being super easy to trick into giving big discounts/free shit. It also started claiming it knew the Simpson’s and called security like 1000 times when it was told it’s just an ai lol.
