While there’s still a good amount of strength to rebuild and my range of motion has room for improvement, I'm 100% dedicated to my rehabilitation. The exciting news is that I've been cleared to swim, and this has sparked a wave of optimism about the progress that lies ahead!

My recovery journey has truly been a testament to commitment. Physical therapy goes far beyond the exercises I tackle during my clinic sessions; it's about the consistent effort I invest outside of those walls as well.

Now, five months after my operation, I’m more determined than ever to regain my full range of motion, and I have every confidence that I will reach that goal by the end of the year.
