Because I'm lazy I don't drain the chicken juice when pan frying it. Instead I put the chicken on one side and let the juice drain into the other before letting it cook down. My alfredo sauce was modified too, added butter, pepper, garlic, mozzarella, pasta water, and parm.

Tonight I had pork piccata served with lemon slices and a salad. I got the recipe from the internet, and despite having burned off my taste buds yesterday, it still tasted good. Gonna see how I can edit the recipe.
