Only on PC, and only on Steam afaik. Just download the PTS "game" on steam and play as normal, if you have 1st, you can create a custom world with free crafting enabled, which makes it possible to add new mods to equipment.

Das System "Grundbesitz" funktioniert seit tausenden von Jahren. Und es gibt da einen Faktor, der selbst intelligente Menschen zu Höchstleistungen der Dämlichkeit verleitet: Religion. Man schaue sich nur den Musk oder Trump Kult an... diese Leute würden für ihren Messias alles tun . Wirklich alles.
