They're so good at providing spicier arts that *feels* like the canon character; the proportions, the textures, it often look just like an official FE picture would! (Sometimes moreso than some Heroes official alts!)

Weak ego asides, that's also because he tries very hard to become a real dictator. And that requires forcing the people to accept the narrative of him being The One True Leader for the nation. So he must erase any relevant presidential achievement preceding his own.

TBH I'm still giving them the benefit of doubt.

Yes, the shield was surpassed, hence why the character had to DO something and spend a reaction to put the shield in the equation again and Block some damage.

I've seen a post with a gif of him doing it juxtaposed next to Adolph H. doing it. Same movements, same rhythm, same gesture-- it's the same goddamn thing no matter how you look at it.

Yep, that's the one comforting thought and main reason not to give in to anti-USA rhetoric is that actual good and decent Americans are the first ones to denounce its injustice.
But as it gets worse year after year, I start to wonder if that'll be enough to help the country...
