I enjoyed Rogue One. Only real complaint is the middle section is a bit slow, but that's understandable since it's setting up Act 3. I rewatched it after Andor 2 and enjoyed it even more, despite knowing what was coming.

Enlisted and commissioned officers take slightly different oaths. I agree it's somewhat dangerous to tell enlisted to apply a legal litmus test to every order, but for officers that is exactly what they should be doing.
