Episodic narrative games are back, baby! Following in the footsteps of Telltale Games classics like The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and Tales from the Borderlands, Dispatch looks like a good next step for the genre. Amazing cast, incredible art style, and awesome story. (21/x)

A fun and chaotic co-op multiplayer game where you have to drive an RV through increasingly insane situations while fighting against wildly janky physics. Played this with some friends online over the course of four-ish play sessions, and somehow, we reached the end. (20/x)

The difficulty spike in Act 3 soured the experience for me a little toward the end (mostly optional endgame content), but this game truly deserves all the praise being laid upon it. Gorgeous art style, amazing soundtrack. This is a must-play for JRPG fans. (19/x)

Don't overlook any anomalies.
If you find anomalies, turn back immediately.
If you don't find anomalies, do not turn back.
To go out from Exit 8.
How such a simple concept for a game can be so utterly unnerving is beyond me. Absolutely worth a try at its price point. (18/x)

If you're like me and fit in the middle of the niche venn diagram of people who like Shakespeare, magical girl animes, and 16-bit JRPGs, you are in for a great time. The writing is both incredibly funny and charming, and the combat system is surprisingly robust. (17/x)

Rising Tide was a much meatier DLC than Echoes, and it was a great capstone to FF16 as a whole. The Leviathan skill tree was unique and fun to use, and the final boss fight against Leviathan himself was as flashy and cinematic as I hoped it would be. (16/x)

Detoured from the latest Final Fantasy game back to the first! I did own this on Wii Virtual Console but never finished it, and decided to pick up the Pixel Remaster on sale. The final showdown with Chaos was no joke, and I can only imagine what it was like back then. (15/x)
