The House of Representatives is to be elected using a system called STV (Single Transferable Vote). This system is similar to RCV in that voters rank candidates.

State Level:
All constitutional offices (Governor, Attorney General, etc.) will be elected using Rank Choice Voting. This will allow voters to vote for any candidate without fear of hurting another as they can rank the others they like.
