sorry to hear. I had stretches where i was sick often. Most my problems are sinus infection related. I had 7 in an 8 month span. I bought a Navage & started using it everyday. Using it for 15 months and no sinus infections. I know it’s not a guarantee to prevent, but I feel its helped me greatly
