I finally finished a work-in-progress from a while ago. It’s my DnD character, a fire elemental cowboy, Sparky. Got reference from a screenshot of Red Dead Redemption 2. A while ago I was lacking motivation, but after seeing it rot in my files I had to finish it.

@houguro.bsky.social put together another commission of mine, a character I used in an old Curse of Strahd DnD campaign, Mikinosuke Doraku. I’m planning to use him for a new Curse of Strahd (whenever we come back to it). I love the way the ghostly Hanya’s glow reflects off his hair and clothes!

First post! Here's a taste of what I draw, with two recent drawings, and two older ones. I've been steadily getting better, but I still have room to grow, and I need to do some growing. I'll either post here periodically, or this will go horrifically neglected. We'll have to see how that goes.
A reference sheet of my Druid of the Circle of the Stars. The top left title describes immediately important information, such as his name, his heritage, his age, and his height. The text in the left-most box says "Son of a dark elf and a goblin, brother to a dragon, Colby is a reserved young man who studies the patterns of the stars above to navigate the world below." The text in the long box on the bottom says "As a druid of the circle of stars, Colby is able to switch between starry forms represented by the constellation maps tattooed onto his body. Each form has its own benefits, but he is only able to go between the forms two or three times per day." Directly right of the text at the bottom displays the constellation maps tattooed on him, and labels them "Dragon form, Archer form, and Chalice form" from left to right. To the right of that is a group of expressions. "Starry" shows Colby's expression in his Starry forms. His hair is much flowier, as if underwater or in zero-gravity, his eyes shine with starlight, and his other features betray no emotion. "Spooked" shows Colby with his eyes wide and his mouth open, his hair much more rigid, with several motion lines depicting him shaking. "Embarrassed shows Colby with blush on his cheeks, his eyes in an angry slant, with his eyebrows following suit, and a slight "^"-shaped pout on his mouth. This image depicts my character "Calico Jack" in a cat meme. Calico Jack is actually meant to be an extremely tall and lanky Tabaxi man, but in this image he is the size of a kitten and is held in someone's hands. Calico Jack is a calico-patterned cat with one yellow eye and one right eye, each dilated to different sizes. He is wearing very fancy pirate clothes, with a Napoleonic hat with a cat skull over crossed bones painted on, a very ruffled cravat, and a long purple coat with epaulettes. He is being held in a pair of human hands, and his belly is large and distended. A red arrow points to his stomach, accompanied by the words "Full of Turkey." This was created at the end of Thanksgiving, and was meant to reflect my own state after a Thanksgiving meal. My goblin girl, Krakker. On the left, a full body appearance is shown, depicting a small-statured goblin girl with blue hair, cyan skin, blue eyes, round glasses, and a scar on her left cheek. She is wearing a red turtleneck sweater, a pair of loose-fitting brown pants, and black boots. On the right, she is featured from behind, detailing the back of her complicated hair. The text featured throughout the image details certain things about her appearance. In the "FRONT" image: "That fang is an important feature of her smile. Protect it with your life!" "Bangs" "Cheek Scar (VERY IMPORTANT)" "Not real leg size. Pants are baggy for freedom to move around. Same goes for the sweater." In the "BACK" image: "Would you call it a perm? Whatever it is, this bit at the back puffs outward." "In an evil twist of fate, neither the sweater or pants have pockets. Rather, every item she carries is in her horribly oversized backpack." This image depicts my character "Sparky," a fire elemental made of lava, who acts as a bounty hunter/cowboy gunslinger. This image was a digital attempt at coloring my first sketch of him. The image shows a portrait a man from the shoulders up, made of lava with orange and yellow skin, bright green hair, a black hat, a scarf of alternating pink squares, and a light brown duster coat. His eyes are meant to be lumps of coal, with the irises being little hints of diamond breaking through the rocky surface.
