A proper Silent Hill movie. Either 2 on its own, or 1 and 3 as a two part saga.
Now that I'm thinking about it, SH: Homecoming would make a good movie if all the references to Silent Hill were removed. Good ol' cult/human sacrifice/demons on the loose movie.
