Dairy tariffs apply ONLY if the Trump-negotiated level is exceeded. The US dairy industry acknowledges it isn't hitting the allowed zero-tariff maximum for any dairy product.

Recently, travelling through Cape Breton Island Canada, during the night, I stopped on the shoulder of a desolate part of the highway without lighting. A bright moon lit the area. One car passed by and I was able to capture the headlights of an approaching tractor trailer.

So I've been thinking about driving techniques and traffic flow and what gets in the way of me getting to my coffee in construction zones. Because, well, there are 2 seasons in Canada, winter, and construction.

Well, the final sailing of the year is complete. My 'mistress' is beached, and her bottom needs a little attention. Until then, I'll celebrate a safe season with a 'Hart-&-Son' rum and Coke.
