If you have to make a replacement, you may be able to make one using a piece of the runner and then sand it down to get the diameter as close as you can. I've also used stuff like drinking straws for repair parts on Gunpla.

I assume it's a little rod-shaped piece that snapped off? If it was a clean break, you may be able to glue it back on with cement or CA glue. I'd use a higher viscosity cement/glue (not "Extra Thin") to make sure it doesn't get into joints or mess up the paint.
