So @grubhubsupport.bsky.social - when a driver runs into an issue (totally understandable) but doesn't update you & the restaurant will not allow you to pick up the order yourself, what do you do? Am I now out that money? (Also, I only know that the driver has a flat bc I texted them bc it's LATE)

That was one hell of a comeback. TBH, I wasn't sure that we'd see this kind of outcome with the way we were playing in the first, but I'm so glad that whatever was said in the room during that intermission seems to have lit a fire under everyone. I love that it's been a great Mentors' Trip!
