This makes it difficult to believe Breezy’s art style could naturally match so closely without directly tracing or copy/pasting Shoob’s work.

So there’s a reason why a lawyer’s first question in a civil suit is “What are the damages?” The reason being that people can passionately disagree on something, but if the damages are minimal then it’s really not worth pursuing.

You could make the argument that Breezy felt they hadn’t wronged Shoob enough to warrant taking down the work. (Basically using the 30% rule defense)
But there’s court and then there’s the court of public opinion.
Even if Breezy thought they had a defense someone should have considered the optics.

The only reason I’m here is because I saw this brewing and I like Breezy and Miss Jackie and many of the people in the VTuber space and don’t want to see drama forming.
Now that it’s all front and center, maybe we give them days - week to circle back?

Trans people are highly targeted in this world. While this doesn’t make them immune from doing wrong. It does require additional sensitivity when they are being accused.
